Every order is dispatched from our Jaipur atelier within 48 hours, fully tracked.

India: Standard delivery in 2–5 business days (complimentary over ₹15,000, otherwise ₹500). Express delivery in 1–2 business days (₹1,200).

International: Standard delivery in 5–8 business days (₹2,500). Express delivery in 3–5 business days (₹4,500). We ship to more than 40 countries.

Import duties and taxes for international orders are calculated and collected at checkout — nothing further is due at your door.

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn piece with its tags attached.

Returns within India are complimentary. For international returns, we arrange a prepaid courier label and deduct a modest handling fee from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of your return reaching our atelier.

Where are ARTHÈ pieces made? Every garment is cut, finished and checked by hand in our partner ateliers across Jaipur, Bengal and the Kullu Valley.

How do I track my order? Your order code (sent at confirmation) can be shared with our client care team at any time for a live status.

Do you offer custom sizing? Selected Signature pieces can be made to measure — write to us before ordering.

Which payment methods do you accept? Cards, UPI, net banking and cash on delivery within India; international cards, PayPal and bank transfer worldwide.

Approved returns are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 business days.
